The Government and Regulatory practice counsels clients in a wide range of legal and public policy matters, including litigation and administrative appeals; telecommunications; healthcare and insurance regulation; government procurement and contracting; licensing and permitting; legislative strategy; regulatory rulemaking; state and local taxation; government ethics and political campaign finance law; and zoning and land use. We also advise clients on investigations and litigation initiated by two groups that have become increasingly active: the State Attorneys General and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
The practice group’s membership is comprised of several former public officials with extensive contacts at all levels of government.
