  • Project Development & Finance
    Representation in the development and financing of more than $26 billion in thermal and renewable (including solar, wind, biomass, hydro and geothermal) generation assets having an aggregate nameplate capacity of more than 32,000MW.
  • Capital Markets, Securities & Corporate Governance
    Representation in the issuance or restructuring of more than $60 billion in debt, including $6 billion in 2013. The firm also has assisted tax equity investors with the financing in excess of $1 billion in renewable energy projects.
