Representative Experience

  • Represented a lender in connection with a $251.2 million letter of credit facility to support bond issuance for a high-rise apartment building construction project in Manhattan.
  • Represented a lender as administrative agent and as co-lead arrangers in connection with a $400 million syndicated construction loan to finance the development and construction of The Wharf, a mixed use project located in the Washington, D.C. containing office, retail, residential condominium, apartment, hotel, entertainment venue and garage components.
  • Represented a lender as administrative agent in connection with a $320 million syndicated construction loan to finance the development and construction of National Harbor, a mixed use project located in Prince George’s County, Maryland (Metro Washington D.C.) with office, retail, residential condominium, hotel and garage components.
