Buck Dixon is an associate in the Environmental and Natural Resources section. His practice includes the representation of individuals, corporations, and local governments in environmental compliance and litigation matters, as well as federal and state environmental enforcement actions. Buck has experience working with a wide variety of environmental statutory and regulatory schemes including the Clean Water Act, the Clean Air Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, the Endangered Species Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, and their state counterparts.


Before joining Troutman Sanders, Buck was an Analyst for the Georgia House of Representatives Budget and Research Office. There, he specialized in natural resources and environmental policy, and higher education appropriations.
