Troutman Sanders Women’s Forum
The Troutman Sanders Women’s Forum (TSWF) increases the visibility of our women attorneys and their accomplishments, offers expanded professional development and business development opportunities, and provides a supportive environment for the continued recruitment, promotion and retention of women attorneys firm-wide.

To accomplish these objectives, the Women’s Forum sponsors:
- Quarterly professional and business development programs;
- Small discussion groups comprised of women attorneys varying in levels of seniority; and
- Women-focused business development events in each office.
In the corporate world, more and more women are moving into leadership positions and making decisions about outside counsel. Clients expect women and other minorities to be included on their legal teams and to play prominent roles on those teams.
Troutman Sanders has been very fortunate to develop and attract some of the best women lawyers in the country. We have numerous women who are recognized leaders in their field at the state, regional, and national level. We also have women who are leaders in their communities.
We value our women attorneys, and we want to ensure that they all have the tools they need to succeed long term at Troutman Sanders.
