Troutman Sanders Advised on the Listing of Sundart International Holdings

HONG KONG - International law firm Troutman Sanders LLP is pleased to announce that it represented ICBC International Capital Limited, the lead manager, ICBC International Securities, and the underwriters in the HK$602 million global offering and listing of Sundart International Holdings Limited on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
Sundart International Holdings was listed on the stock exchange on August 21, 2009. The global offering received overwhelming market response and recorded more than 700 times over-subscription. A total of 144 million shares in Sundart International Holdings were offered under the global offering. The offer price has been set at the upper end of HK$4.18 per share.
The Troutman Sanders team was led by Hong Kong-based partner Olivia Lee, who also head's the law firm's Greater China Practice. She was assisted by a team of associates including Timothy Wong, Vencci Ho, Wah Chow and trainee solicitor Kate Lee.
"We are very pleased to act for ICBCI as its Hong Kong counsel in the initial public offering of Sundart International, which is the first Hong Kong listing and IPO project sponsored and underwritten by ICBCI in Hong Kong," said Lee. "This project was on a very tight timeline, but we worked closely with ICBCI, Sundart International as well as other professional parties, and managed to prepare the prospectus and complete the IPO project within a very short period of time."
