Tom is an associate at Troutman Sanders in the Office and Industrial Properties and Retail Properties practice groups. His practice is focused on purchase, sale, leasing and loan transactions for commercial real estate.

Tom is a 2003 graduate of the Marshall-Wythe Schools of Law at the College of William and Mary where he received his juris doctorate degree. He received his bachelor of arts degree in 1995 from Mary Washington College.

Represents landlords and tenants of commercial, retail, office and industrial properties in negotiations of leases, ground leases, and other tenancies.

Represents landowners and developers in the permitting and subdividing of property and in other land use matters.

Represents estates and family trusts in the disposition of real property.
