Acquisition of a Finra-registered broker/dealer and ongoing compliance.

Media and entertainment industry transactions, including acquisition of a Hollywood talent agency, joint venture to own and develop a celebrity’s name, image and story, acquisitions of magazines, television stations and radio stations, and corporate spokesperson agreement for a sports personality.
