Tim Kahler has broad experience in securities offerings, acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity and general corporate representation. He has represented clients in the fields of finance and capital markets, entertainment, health care, telecommunications, technology, apparel, automotive parts, natural resources and real estate. He regularly represents international clients, including clients in the firm’s Greater China Practice, in securities offerings and ongoing compliance matters, financings and M&A transactions, including cross-border transactions involving Canadian issuers and acquisition targets. He is a former certified public accountant with an international public accounting firm.

Acquisition of automotive parts manufacturing companies.
Acquisition of a U.S.-based mining operation and listing on the Canadian TSX Venture Exchange.
