Tania practices in the areas of federal income, estate, and gift taxation, with a primary focus on estate planning and administration.

Tania also advises non-profit organizations such as private foundations their responsibility and expenditure requirements for grants to domestic and overseas charitable organizations, and assists them in preparing organizational documents and filing requirements with the Internal Revenue Service.

Tania is committed to the firm's pro bono initiative and regularly participates in "Wills on Wheels", run by Legal Services of Northern Virginia, which provides estate planning to residents of senior assisted living facilities.
