Ms. Kim focuses her practice on immigration law. She represents members of the multinational business community in bringing employees into the United States and establishing new business enterprises in the United States. She is the former principal of Susie Kim and Associates, PC, which was one of the largest immigration boutique practices in the greater New York area. She also represents the government of Korea in New York in immigration matters.
Publications
Ms. Kim has lectured and written extensively on a wide range of business immigration topics and has been featured as a speaker and/or panel expert at immigration law seminars in Korea and across the United States. She regularly writes an immigration advice column in the Korea Times New York.
Public Service
Ms. Kim donates time counseling indigent immigrants at a monthly legal clinic sponsored by the Joong Ang Daily News in New York. She has also been actively involved in supporting community-based Korean-American women's organizations.
