Susan is a Compensation and Benefits Analyst in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group of Troutman Sanders LLP. She primarily focuses on compliance and administrative issues with respect to tax-qualified retirement and welfare plans. She also consults on complex benefit administration projects; terminations of qualified retirement plans; employee benefit communications, governmental qualification filings and annual plan reporting requirements. Susan brings a practical perspective to the team with her experience translating technical benefit issues for practical implementation by plan sponsors. She also works with plan design and administration of master and prototype 401(k) and pension plans.
