He has experience in professional liability, bad faith, general liability, directors and officers liability, first-party property, and reinsurance. He has successfully represented major national insurers in multimillion dollar coverage litigation regarding construction defects, banking practices, environmental contamination, and asbestos liabilities. He also has provided coverage advice to insurers on a variety of topics including internet services claims, racial discrimination claims, and environmental contamination claims.
