Sally has worked in the energy sector and in regulation, in the UK and overseas, since 1990 and has held senior posts both in industry and with sector regulators. Her work has included privatisation and liberalisation, market design and restructuring, as well as issues relating to government and regulatory bodies and anti-trust matters.
