Representative Experience
Regular appointments/retentions in advising and representing State judges before the Virginia Judicial Inquiry and Review Commission. In addition, Mr. Palmore regularly advises lawyers/law firms on issues relating to professional liability and loss prevention. He also has considerable experience in other professional liability matters including clergy/church-related causes of action.
Mr. Palmore was the first Chairman of the predecessor firm’s product liability practice group and served as liaison counsel in an asbestos case brought by the state against thirty manufacturers of asbestos products. He represented CSX Transportation, Inc. for more than twenty-five years in trauma and occupational tort cases.
In 1997, Mr. Palmore was inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Throughout his career, he has tried over 100 jury trials.
