Robert Angle is a partner in the firm’s litigation practice specializing in patent and other intellectual property litigation, as well as complex commercial litigation. Robert represents clients in courts across the country, at both the trial and appellate level, with significant experience in the Eastern District of Virginia’s renowned "Rocket Docket," a favorite venue for the speedy resolution of high-stakes disputes.

Robert’s litigation successes have led to recognition as one of the leading intellectual property litigators in the nation by Chambers USA,The Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers, American Lawyer (Litigator of the Week, April 17, 2014 issue of AmLaw Litigation Daily), and Benchmark Litigation ("Virginia Litigator of the Year" nominee in 2012).
