Richard’s practice is concentrated in corporate securities, mergers and acquisitions, lending, general corporate matters and corporate governance. He has represented clients in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities; financial structuring; going private and recapitalization transactions; corporate governance; reporting and disclosure issues; public, private and bankruptcy acquisitions and divestitures; commercial borrowing for both lenders and borrowers; contractual negotiations and other general legal matters.

He advises and represents banks in structuring and documenting securities, art and other secured lending transactions.
