Pankaj is a seasoned litigator with significant trial experience and has successfully prosecuted on behalf of and defended companies in intellectual property and complex business litigation matters. Pankaj counsels and represents clients on intellectual property assets both in the U.S. and internationally. He represents a wide-range of industries, including hospitals, automobile manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, furniture manufacturers and distributors, banks, and other corporations, with their trademark portfolio management, online brand protection, licensing agreements, contracts, and other intellectual property and business disputes. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Pankaj was a clinical research associate for a pharmaceutical company.
