The Orange County, California office opened in 1993 and operated as Ross, Dixon & Bell until the merger with Troutman Sanders in January 2009. The Orange County office maintains a diverse and complex practice with attorneys in the firm's Complex Litigation, D&O and Professional Liability, and Insurance & Reinsurance practice groups. The Complex Litigation group represents commercial and business clients in a wide range of civil litigation, including intellectual property, employment, professional liability, contractual/business disputes, securities, bankruptcy, real estate, construction defect, and environmental matters.
