From Exit 13A or 14:
Follow signs to Route 21 North (Newark). Take Route 21 to either Edison Place or Market Street. Take a right on either Edison or Market, and take your first left onto Alling Street. Follow Alling Street through Raymond Plaza West (Penn Station will be on your right) until Raymond Boulevard. Take a left onto Raymond Boulevard, get into the far right lane, and take a right at the white gates, driving up onto the plaza. A security guard will be on the plaza to direct you to parking.
From Exit 15E:
Follow signs for Raymond Boulevard (Newark). Take Raymond Boulevard into downtown, bearing right at the Market Street "fork" in the Ironbound, and go past the NJ Transit and Blue Cross/Blue Shield buildings. Stay in the right lanes, cross under the Penn Station viaduct, and about 100 yards on your right will be the white gates leading to The Legal Center plaza. Take a right into the plaza, and a security guard will direct you to parking.
From Route 280:
Take Exit 15 (McCarter Highway/Route 21 South). Follow Route 21 south, crossing Raymond Boulevard and Market Street. Take a left-hand turn onto Edison Place, then the next left onto Raymond Plaza West. Take a left onto Raymond Boulevard, get into the far right lane, and take a right at the white gates, driving up onto the plaza. A security guard will be on the plaza to direct you to parking.
