Mark's practice is focused on commercial real estate.  He has handled a variety of multifamily and commercial loan transactions nationwide that are intended to be securitized or otherwise sold in the secondary market and has extensive experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD.  These transactions often involve a combination of construction and permanent financing, tax credits, tax-free municipal bonds, and subordinate financing for affordable housing projects.  In addition to finance work, his areas of experience encompass the development and leasing of office buildings and shopping centers.
