Lynette has more than 15 years of experience in litigation with a primary focus in class actions. Much of her class action success stems from challenging cases at the class certification stage. She has represented pharmaceutical companies, insurers, financial institutions and manufacturers in both state and federal court proceedings. Lynette has litigated cases through to trial and has garnered a detailed understanding of defending clients against federal and state RICO claims, allegations of fraud and other torts.

Counsel to sanofi-aventis U.S. LLC in defense of national class action lawsuits alleging RICO and various state law claims allegedly arising from the pharmaceutical company’s marketing and promotion of one of its prescription drugs.
Counsel to Hartford Underwriters Insurance Company in class action lawsuits involving Kentucky’s insurance premium taxes.
Counsel to Wachovia Bank, N.A. in various state and nationwide class action lawsuits challenging Wachovia’s practices with regard to its customers’ deposit accounts.
Counsel to CitiFinancial, Inc., Zale Corporation, and others in defense of federal and state consumer class actions in Georgia, Florida, Missouri, West Virginia, Alabama, South Carolina, Texas, and Ohio.
Counsel to Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. and its affiliates in various disputes involving allegations of breach of contract and trademark infringement.
Counsel to Peach County, Georgia in toxic tort litigation involving alleged personal injury and property damage associated with a closed municipal solid waste landfill.
Counsel to Georgia Power Company in condemnation proceedings to acquire property for electric substations, transmission lines, and communications facilities.
