Leslie has counseled and litigated on behalf of her clients in complex insurance coverage matters arising nationwide for 20 years. She has represented insurers in matters involving directors' and officers' claims, professional liability claims, and general liability claims. She has extensive experience in complex coverage disputes involving shareholder litigation, fiduciary liability, antitrust, bankers’ professional liability, and other professional liability matters. Leslie has extensive experience resolving coverage disputes through mediation and alternative dispute resolution methods. She also is an experienced commercial litigator, having represented corporations and other organizations in complex litigation.

Representative Experience
Successfully defended insurer in Oklahoma lawsuit alleging bad faith and obtained summary judgment ruling in 2008 on related-claim coverage issues under a D&O Policy.

Represented D&O insurers in accounting scandals involving Enron, Adelphia, Refco, Freddie Mac, AOL Time Warner and WorldCom.

Obtained dismissal of Equitas from insurance coverage dispute under a D&O Policy in Kentucky.

After more than 10 years of litigation on behalf of insurer clients, secured a ruling from the Third Circuit that affirmed a district court ruling that general liability policies do not provide insurance coverage for antitrust liability.
