A partner with over thirty years of experience in civil litigation in federal and state courts in Georgia and other jurisdictions, both in trial courts and in appellate courts.

Representation of clients in state and federal courts on local, regional and national basis in commercial litigation matters.

Management and case evaluation of litigation filed in various jurisdictions for national companies, including class action and multi-jurisdiction litigation.

Telecom contract dispute involving $250 million assets litigated in court and in mediation and in arbitration resulting in a successful trust arrangement settlement of all claims.

Enforcement of rights and remedies in disputes involving alleged fraud, misrepresentation and breach in major commercial matters and real estate matters.

Defense of officers and directors in shareholder disputes alleging breach of fiduciary duties.

Defense of issuers of securities in disputes involving alleged fraud and misrepresentation under federal and state laws.

Enforcement of franchiser’s rights and remedies under franchise agreements, including quality standards, intangible property rights and Lanham Act violations.

Complex litigation involving class actions, expert witnesses, multiparty and multiclaim actions at both trial and appellate levels.

Representation of clients in mediation and arbitration of disputes and served as arbitrator for American Arbitration Association.
