Representation of small public company in response to informal inquiries by securities regulators.

Representation of insurers in all aspects of insurance coverage litigation, including taking depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and propounding and responding to discovery.

Have independently tried nine general district court cases to verdict.

Served as lead counsel in two commercial contract matters pending in Virginia circuit courts.

Assisted with obtaining summary judgment on behalf of local law enforcement officials in 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action alleging civil rights violations pending in United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division, including drafting Memorandum of Points and Authorities in Support of Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment which laid foundation for senior partner’s successful argument.

Successfully argued motions in limine to exclude plaintiffs’ expert in two separate matters pending in Virginia circuit courts.
