Josh’s practice involves representation focusing on a variety of subject matters, including First Amendment issues; intellectual property (patent, copyright, and trademark) infringement and ownership; consumer litigation; fraud, contract and property disputes; and other complex litigation matters, in both state and federal court. In part due to his substantial professional experience in information technology prior to law school, Josh takes a special interest in technology-related matters, including e-discovery and intellectual property matters.
