Josh’s practice involves litigation on a variety of subject matters in state and federal court, including First Amendment issues; intellectual property; fraud, contract and property disputes; and consumer matters. In part due to his substantial professional experience in information technology prior to law school, Josh takes a special interest in technology-related matters, including e-discovery and intellectual property matters. Josh also has a special interest in appellate matters.
