Jon is an associate at Troutman Sanders in the Corporate Practice Group.  His practice focuses on the representation of private equity and venture capital funds in the acquisition, maintenance and divestiture of their portfolio companies as well as the representation of public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings.  He also advises on corporate governance, general corporate law and soft intellectual property issues.
