Jo Ann counsels clients on insurance coverage matters. She advises insurance carriers with respect to coverage and liability issues involving policies issued to directors and officers, financial institutions, and insurance companies. Prior to joining the firm, Jo Ann was a trial attorney with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Federal Home Loan Bank Board, where she specialized in professional liability litigation.
