Successfully represented a methadone clinic asserting its right to operate under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Represented relators in novel False Claims Act case that obtained $76.25 million in recoveries based upon allegations of price fixing for carbon fiber.
Represented 400-lawyer law firm in defense of malpractice case involving allegations of mishandling an International Trade dispute.
Represented one of the nation's largest carpet and tile manufacturers in defense of a RICO class action involving allegations of hiring illegal immigrants.
