Jessica Link Martyn practices in the Maritime Law and Government Contracts Group at Troutman Sanders, where her practice focuses on a variety of maritime related matters, including maritime contracts, marine cargo claims, vessel collisions, maritime personal injury and wrongful death defense, and other transactional and civil litigation matters. Ms. Martyn is a 2007 graduate of the Catholic University School of Law, where she concentrated her studies on international, national security, and maritime law. While in law school, she interned with the U.S. Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Office of International Affairs and Narcotics & Dangerous Drugs Section, the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational & Cultural Affairs, and the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate at Langley Air Force Base.
