Expert consultation, deposition, and trial testimony regarding standard of care for Phase I environmental site assessments. Technical Services:

2007. Evaluation of purchase contract provisions for acquisition of portions of former SUPERFUND site. Planned development for office/condominium project.

2006 – 2007. Evaluation of technical data and preparation of Virginia Voluntary Remediation Program (VRP) application. Continued monitoring of additional technical data acquisition and shepherding project through the VRP program.

2006 - 2007. Evaluation of conformance of environmental site assessments to ASTM and Corporate guidance, interpretation of data presented, and recommendations as necessary for additional investigations. Sites generally in 7-state area. Fortune 100 client.

2006 - 2007. Technical evaluation and consultation on development of appropriate soil moisture monitoring methods for spray irrigation field used for disposal of industrial wastewater.

2006 - 2007.  Evaluation of site conditions and determination of appropriate purchase contract provisions and alternatives for acquisition of a wood preserving facility.

2006. Review and interpretation of hundreds of environmental documents for purchase of apartment complex in New York City. Developed critical environmental element lists for factoring into purchase offer.

2006. Coordinated and reviewed environmental assessments for facilities in Georgia and Florida being acquired by local client.

2006. Evaluated geologic conditions in sensitive surficial aquifer and assessed impacts on the aquifer from planned installation of regional sewer force main.
