Jeanne Floyd is an associate in the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice Group at Troutman Sanders LLP. Her practice focuses on all aspects of employee benefits law relating to tax-qualified retirement plans, non-qualified deferred compensation plans and welfare plans (including advising clients with respect to the design, implementation, and administration of such plans; addressing benefit issues arising in mergers and acquisition; and drafting plan related disclosures and other documents). 

Representative Experience
Negotiated favorable outcome with Internal Revenue Service for pension plan under Audit CAP program.

Coordinates submission of pension plans under the Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System for compliance statements.

Works with Internal Revenue Service to obtain favorable determination letters for terminating defined contribution plans.

Coordinates determination letter submissions for plans.
