Managed a $1.3 million technical assistance project to create the Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission; focusing on designing a regulatory agency, licensing, tariffs, procedural aspects of energy regulation, energy conservation, and regulating rural electrification

Managed a $5 million portfolio of international development programs in energy funded by the United States Agency for International Development; focusing on energy regulation, encouraging investment in the energy sector, the development of Independent Power Producers, and the negotiation of Power Purchase Agreements
