Jarrod’s practice encompasses a wide variety of government-related matters including representation before and in negotiation with state and local legislative bodies and regulatory agencies; representing private sector clients on land use and regulatory issues; legislative counsel and drafting; government permitting, licensing and contracting; and government ethics compliance.
His practice also includes consumer credit litigation, where he represents mortgage servicers and other consumer lenders against federal and state law claims.
