Jana represents employers in numerous aspects of labor and employment litigation arising under federal and state law, including claims of discrimination and harassment based on sex, race, national origin, religion, age, and disability; claims of retaliation; wage and hour violations; restrictive covenant violations; and traditional labor law issues. She counsels a variety of clients regarding employment matters, including reductions in force, employment and severance agreements, litigation avoidance, employee leave laws, employee handbooks, company policies, wage and hour issues, and non-competition and other restrictive covenants.
