Jim is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Section. He is the Practice Group Leader of the Media & Entertainment Practice Group and a member of the Antitrust, Complex Litigation and Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Groups. Jim’s principal practice area is commercial litigation, focusing primarily on antitrust, intellectual property and other complex commercial disputes.
