Our Tax Group provides advice on the U.S. tax component of investments in the United States by Israelis and U.S. persons in Israel as well as the coordination of Israeli, United States and other tax laws applicable to the investments. We work with our clients to structure and implement their transactions in the most tax-efficient manner possible and advise them on related issues such as potential passive foreign investment company (PFIC) status issues.
