Our Litigation attorneys are experienced in a wide range of substantive legal areas, including securities, corporate governance, white collar criminal and regulatory proceedings, professional liability, commercial fraud, antitrust, banking, contract, intellectual property, creditors' rights, lender liability, business torts, tax and product liability. In recent years, we have represented several Israeli companies and their officers in securities class actions in the United States.

In addition to the group's substantive experience, our attorneys have submitted expert affidavits in Israeli court proceedings, and have extensive experience in dispute resolution matters. We are familiar with issues in the litigation process that are specific to Israeli clients (e.g., dealing with Israeli insurance brokers and accounting firms in securities claims and understanding of the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange rules). As a result of past and ongoing cases both in Israel and in the U.S., we have excellent relationships with many of the leading Israeli litigators.
