A component of our Litigation practice is our International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Team. Our team is comprised of lawyers from across our firm actively engaged in handling international arbitrations and significant cross border or transnational litigation.
We represent our clients in arbitrations worldwide before various arbitral institutions, including International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”), American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), the London Court of International Arbitration (“LCIA”), Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (“HKIAC”), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”), China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (“CIETAC”) and International Center for Dispute Resolution (“ICDR”), among others.
