These companies are located in the United States and in foreign companies, such as Canada, Israel and China. His specialties include merger and acquisitions, private and public financings (debt and equity) and corporate governance. Represented Wuhan General Group in several equity financings and a warrant recapitalization.

Represented Elbit Imaging Ltd. and affiliates in a debt financing with Eastgate Property LLC.

Represented Jinpan International Ltd. in its initial public offering and subsequent equity private placement.

Represented I.D. Systems, Inc. in its initial public offering.

Represented Elscint Ltd. in a follow-on public offering.

Represented Insituform of North America Inc. and Insituform Group Ltd. in public financings.

Represented Ultralife Batteries, Inc. in several follow-on public offerings.

Represented Elbit Vision Systems, Ltd. in its initial public offering.

Represented QualxServ LLC in its purchase of assets of a service business from Getronics Corp.

Represented Elbit Ltd. in its merger with Elron Electronics.

Represented U.S. Silver Corp. in its acquisition of silver mine properties from Couer d’Alene and subsequent reverse merger into a Canadian public company.

Represented various underwriters and placement agents in IPOs, follow-on offerings, At-The-Market offerings and private placements, including PIPES.
