The Governmental Law Practice Group is widely respected for its expertise with both state and local telecommunications regulations and the federal Telecommunications Act of 1996. The Practice Group represents clients in all types of state regulatory and certification matters and routinely appears before public utilities commissions throughout the southeastern United States. The Practice Group also represents telecommunications clients in obtaining franchise, infrastructure siting, right of way, and other approvals from local governments.
