Land Use and Zoning
The Regulatory Compliance and Government Litigation Practice Group represents clients in resolving their zoning and land use needs. The group assists clients seeking rezonings, use permits, variances, special exceptions, annexations and all other needed permits. The group has particular experience with developments of regional impact. Members of the Regulatory Compliance and Government Litigation Practice Group also advise private and public sector clients on broader development issues through the formation and operation of community improvement districts and use of tax allocation districts and other innovative finance tools. Clients are served by attorneys who understand their needs and can explain them to government officials effectively, including an attorney who is a longstanding member and former commissioner of the American Institute of Certified Planners.
