Health Care and Insurance Regulation
Members of the Practice Group have participated in a diverse range of insurance, reinsurance and insurance-related work involving transactions, litigation, regulatory work, risk financing, risk management, and legislation. Insurers, insurance trade associations, and insurance components such as agencies, administrators, and networks are among the diverse clientele. The Practice Group includes former state insurance regulators with experience in all lines of insurance.
