Government Procurement and Contracting
The Regulatory Compliance and Government Litigation Practice Group has considerable experience advising clients with respect to public contracts. Members of the Practice Group assist clients in preparing bid and contract documents, defending successful procurements from challenges by unsuccessful vendors, and protesting the award of unsuccessful bids when necessary. Troutman Sanders also understands the public contracting process from the perspective of governments, having assisted many government agencies in procurement and contracting matters. We also assist companies in resolving contract performance disputes, both at the prime contractor to government level and the prime contractor to subcontractor level.
