George represents clients regarding various government contracting issues, ranging from formation and administration issues such as bid protests, bid protest defense, requests for equitable adjustments (REAs) and appeals made before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, Government Accountability Office (GAO) and the Small Business Administration Office of Hearings and Appeals. He also drafts and advises clients on customary agreements and documents utilized in the federal, state and municipal public procurement process such as subcontracts, novation teaming and joint venture agreements, and assists clients with responses to and requests made for information subject to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

Representative Experience
Representation of client in successful bid protest defense of a multi-million dollar contract award by a Federal agency before the United States Government Accountability Office.

Represents clients in bid protests and defense of contract awards made by Federal, State, and other governmental agencies.

Advises clients on the selection and formation of various business entities including corporations and limited liability companies.

Advises business owners in general corporate matters. Experienced in drafting stock and asset purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, LLC operating agreements, employment and confidentiality agreements.

Counsel to business entities and individuals on matters regarding nonprofit corporations.
