Fletcher has more than 30 years of experience in complex business and real estate litigation. He has substantial trial experience in both jury and bench trials and has an extensive background in arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution forums.

Fletcher’s experience covers a wide range of business and real estate issues, including intellectual property, unfair competition, real estate litigation, corporate and partnership litigation, business tort claims, and employment litigation. Fletcher also has an extensive background in debtor-creditor and bankruptcy-related issues, debt and security issues.

Fletcher has been involved as both the creditor’s and debtor’s counsel in several significant bankruptcy cases and related bankruptcy litigation.

Representative Experience
Spearheaded the formation of an organization to intervene and successfully protect the assets of the Catholic church parishes from creditor claims and inclusion in the Diocese bankruptcy.

Successfully represented a former bank officer and shareholder in a three month jury trial in Indio, California against a national bank in a claim involving defamation, interference with contract and breach of contract. Jury verdict was upheld on appeal.

Trial counsel in three-month jury trial in San Francisco Superior Court representing corporate defendant in defamation, unfair competition, breach of contract and sex discrimination on a “glass ceiling” lawsuit. Verdict for the defense.

Prevailed in two-month trial in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles alleging maritime loss and payment claims.

Prevailed in 22-day arbitration claim involving establishment and funding of an alternative energy, wind turbine system, in Palm Springs, California.

Prevailed in a five-week jury trial against corporate officers who raided assets and employees of their corporate employer.

Prevailed in one-month Arizona Bankruptcy proceeding seeking to remove key debtor assets from the Bankruptcy estate.

Prevailed in one-month arbitration representing construction contractor in a claim alleging fraud, overbilling and unfair business practices.

Prevailed in three-week trial in Fresno, California alleging breach of fiduciary fraud and embezzlement against a prior corporate officer.
