Farah practices commercial real estate law, focusing on real estate finance transactions. She has represented institutional lenders, borrowers, investors and developers in various types of transactions, including securitized mortgage loans, permanent, bridge and construction financing secured by hotel, office, retail, healthcare, multi-family and mixed use properties, mezzanine loans secured by membership interests, and other finance transactions secured by collateral such as notes, mortgages, accounts and personal property.
