Erik is an associate in Troutman Sanders’s San Diego office. He joined the firm in 2008 after working as a summer associate in 2007.

Erik graduated magna cum laude from California Western School of Law in 2008, where he served as the Executive Editor of Notes & Comments for the California Western Law Review / International Law Journal. In the spring of 2008, he also served as extern to Justice Gilbert Nares of the California Court of Appeal, Fourth District, Division One.

Erik graduated with honors from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2003 with a double major in Business Management Economics and Sociology.
