Drew represents public utilities in all types of legislative and regulatory issues, including administrative litigation, regulation compliance and governmental affairs representation at the Georgia General Assembly. He advises public utilities on a wide range of federal and state regulatory issues including administrative actions, regulatory and statutory compliance, supply-side recourse construction monitoring, privacy, open records act requests and customer service issues. Drew's over eight years of experience in representing utilities runs the gamut in subject matter, from resource planning, rate design, cost of service issues in rate cases, supply-side resource certification, and demand-side management program design, implementation and certification.

Counsel to Georgia Power Company in its 2004, 2007 and 2010 retail rate proceeding before the Georgia Public Service Commission focusing on decommissioning, depreciation, rate design, environmental cost recovery and cost of service issues.
Represented Georgia Power in proceeding reviewing avoided cost methodology under the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978.
