Assisted in purchase of $19 million shopping center, including structuring a bankruptcy remote transaction involving multiple lenders and a buyer consisting of multiple tenants in common.
Assisted in the representation of a Virginia manufacturer in the refinance of a $10 million commercial loan.
Assisted in the representation of a major Virginia beer distributor in the refinance of a $38 million commercial loan.
Assisted in the representation of a borrower in a $4 million refinance of a golf course.
Assisted in the representation of a bank in the sale and financing of a $2 million golf course.
Represented oil distributor in $5 million acquisition of convenience store businesses.
