David's practice historically has focused on structured finance and real estate development and syndication and his many accolades reflect this. However, over the last five years, he practiced private equity law for 17 months in our Firm's Shanghai, China office and merger and acquisition law for 3 and 1/2 years in our Firm's New York office.
